Payments

• All transactions are undertaken through World-Pay.
• Payments will be taken at the time of ordering. Any out of stock items will be refunded or put on backorder at your request.
• Please include your order number and world pay transaction number for all refunds.
• Refunds will be credited to your account within 3 - 5 working days.

Important Infomation

• T-shirts are illustrated to show words and pictures clearly, they are not necessarily in proportion to the shirts.
• From time to time it may be necessary to substitute colours.
• Always follow instructions on care label. Never iron on a printed design.
• If there are any prolems with the items you received please e-mail us at ’customerservice@nexttonothing.co’ with the word ’problem’ and your ’order number’ in the subject field.
• We will endeavour to maintain stock levels at all times, but delays may be possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We will keep you informed on the progress of delayed orders via e-mail.
• We reserve the right to withdraw items from sale at any time. Any outstanding orders will be notified by e-mail in this event.
