Delivery & Returns

Postage

         ♦   Please note that during the busy Christmas period delays are possible. You will be notified by email if there are delays to your order.

         ♦   Postage is £3.50 per transaction in the UK. Delivery will normaly be 3-8 working days by Royal Mail.

  • In the EU postage will be £5.50.
  • Rest of the world delivery is £7.50.
  • Delivery outside the UK is sent by Royal Mail Airsure and will usualy take up to 7 working days although final delivery times will depend on your local delivery service.
  • Last posting dates for Christmas are as follows:
  • Australia, New Zealand and the far East  : Mon 5th Dec
  •  USA and Canada : Fri 9th Dec
  • Western Europe : Mon 12th Dec
  • UK : Mon 19th Dec                                                                                                     

 

Returns

  • No need to contact us.Just fill in the returns form provided and post it back with the item.
  • If there are problems with any items in your order please e-mail us here with the word ’problem’ and your ’order number’ in the subject box.
  • Please get a ’proof of postage’ form from the post office to insure your parcel in case it gets lost.
  • We will exchange or refund, as required, up to 28 days after dispatch.
  • For a refund please be sure to include your order number and world pay transaction number.
  • Postage will be refunded for faulty items only.
